Akaretler İstanbul Claimed

Designed by Sarkis Balyan in 1875, Akaretler Row Houses was built by Sultan Abdulaziz for the accomodation of the leading high ranking officials of Dolmabahce Palace. It was leased by Net Holding from the General Directorate of Foundations in 1987 for 49 years as a build operate transfer model. Began to be restored by Akarnet Accomodation Facilities Investment and Operations Inc., which was founded under Net Holding, Akaretler Row Houses was transferred to Garanti Bank in 2003. Akarnet’s shares were purchased by Hayat Tourism Co. and its name was changed as Akaretler Tourism Investments Inc.. It restoration was completed by Bilgili Holding in 2008.
