Starting its operations with service transportation and car rental services in 1991, Akmercan Group of Companies has then started to operate in Environmental Cleaning and Solid Waste Management field in 1994 with its active, dynamic and core human resources staff and equity.

Akmercan has expanded the operations of the Group of Companies with the investments and projects in construction industry in 1999 and has brought Environmental Cleaning and Solid Waste Management industry, as one of its core activities, to overseas in 2007.

Akmercan has entered the energy industry with its progress attempts in 2007.
