Doğanın güzelliklerine olan tutkumuzdan ilham alarak, tıpkı Ege’de olduğu gibi; keçi sütü, gerçek meyve, yerli salep ve çikolatadan üretilmiş dondurma ve sütlü tatlıların servis edildiği restoranlarımızda doğallığı temel değer olarak benimsedik.
