Ticari hayatına tekstil sektörüyle başlayan Doğan Bürkev ve uzun yıllar deri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren Gürhan Aheste, çocuk oyun alanı ve eğlence merkezi geleceğini görerek bu iş alanındaki potansiyel boşluğu değerlendirmişlerdir. İlk şubesini 2005 yılının kasım ayında Çanakkale de TescoKipa AVM de 50m2 lik bir alanda açmışlardır.
