HKF Fuarcılık AŞ was established in Istanbul in 2002 with the aim of organizing international specialized fairs at world standards in Turkey. Bekir Çakıcı, Chairman of the Board of our company, who has been a full member of the World Fair Industry Association UFI since 2004, has been a member of the UFI Board of Directors from 2006 to 2020. He also served as UFI's Vice President of Continental Members of Europe from 2014 to 2020.

Among the fairs organized by HKF Fair Organization; International Livestock Technologies and Animal Products Specialization Fair ANIMALIA ISTANBUL, Food Processing Technologies International Specialization Fair FOTEG ISTANBUL, Poultry and Technologies International Specialization Fair VIV TURKEY, Bus Industry and Sub-Industry International Specialization Fair BUSWORLD TURKEY, Land, Sea, Air Taxi Manufacturers and Sub-Industry Along with the Specialization Fair TAXIWORLD TURKEY, the Music, Dance and Stage Equipment, Event Organization and Communication Technologies Fair ISTANBUL, which has just been added to the fair calendar, is taking place DRINKTEG ISTANBUL, MUSIC AND DANCE and Beverage Technologies Specialization Fair.

VIV TURKEY, which is held every two years under the license of Dutch VNU Exhibitions Europe, is the largest poultry fair held in Turkey and neighboring countries. In addition, BUSWORLD TURKEY, the International Specialization Fair for the Bus Industry and Sub-Industry, which has been held in cooperation with Belgium-based BUSWORLD KORTRIJK every two years since 2007, is the fair that our company organizes with its foreign partners.

Apart from BUSWORLD TURKEY and VIV TURKEY fairs, FOTEG İSTANBUL and ANIMALIA İSTANBUL fairs are also entitled to carry the UFI Approved Fair Certificate and are included in UFI's World International Fairs Calendar. For the first time in the history of Turkish Fair Organizations, HKF Fairs hosted the 75th Congress of the World Fair Industry Association UFI between 12-15 November 2008 in Istanbul. In this way, our company had the pride of being the Host of the UFI Congress.

In June 2010, our company had the honor of being the first and only company from Turkey to be accepted as a member of the European Federation of Agricultural Fairs Organizers EURASCO. In this way, we have fairs related to livestock and food products sectors; ANIMALIA ISTANBUL, FOTEG ISTANBUL and VIV TURKEY became EURASCO Member Fairs. EURASCO, which only accepts companies with UFI Approved Exhibition Certificate, was established in 1972 and currently has 25 members from 17 countries.

HKF Fairs continues on its way with new fairs added to its fair agenda. In 2015, our company blazed a trail in the taxi industry by holding Turkey's first taxi fair, Land, Sea, Air Taxi Manufacturers and Sub-Industry Specialization Fair TAXIWORLD TURKEY. Another fair that will be added to our fair agenda since 2016 will be ISTANBUL MUSIC AND DANCE. With this new fair, which will open its doors as the Music, Dance, Stage Equipment, Event Organization and Communication Technologies Fair, Istanbul will become the center of music and dance. Another new fair that will take place in 2016 is the Beverage Technologies Specialization Fair DRINKTEG ISTANBUL. DRINKTEG ISTANBUL, which covers all kinds of services at every stage of the sector, together with the machinery, equipment and auxiliary materials used in the beverage industry, will gather the beverage production industry under the same roof.

In all fairs organized by our company, it is our goal to create an environment where domestic and foreign participants and professional visitors come together, the most up-to-date sectoral developments and technologies are presented, scientific forums take place, and as a result, all industry professionals will make financial and moral gains. As HKF Fairs, we have adopted the principle of taking part in the fair organization sector at an international level with its experienced and dynamic staff, each of whom is specialized in their fields of expertise. In line with this principle, we have achieved the most important goal at the global level, with our company and our fairs obtaining the UFI membership and certificate, which is the highest quality indicator in fair organization. Now, our aim is to continue our services in the fair organization sector, on the condition that we protect our internationally registered quality.
