Kazım Süren, Kazlı çeşmede deri fabrikalarında işçi olarak çalışan babasının sayesinde ilk kez 1972 yılında bu sektörle tanışmıştır. Küçük yaşlarda sektöre dahil olan Kazım Süren, atölyecilikle kendini gösteren girişimcilik ruhunu 1985 yılında Derimsan’ı Kurmasıyla zirveye taşımıştır.
