anrıverdi ailesi 1960'lı yıllarda Pamuk ekimine, 1974 yılında Çırçır işletmeciliğine başlamışlar. 1987'de Hambez üretim tesisi olan Lutuf Mensucat A.Ş.'ni, 1994 yılında Ensar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Open-End İplik üretim tesisini kurmuşlardır. 2001 yılında Ring İplik üretim tesisi olan Arateks Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'ni grup bünyesine katmışlardır. 2012 Yılında devreye alınan Kam Enerji Üretim tesisinin ortaklarından biridir. Böylece Grub bünyesinde Dokuma ve iplik haricinde Enerji üretimi de yapılmaya başlanmıştır.
