 Taksa Defter San. ve Tic. A.Ş. çift kavramlı spiral teli üretmek üzere 1985 senesinde istanbul'da kurulmuştur. Almanya'dan ithal edilen makinalar ile üretime başlamış ve Türkiye pazarına ilk olarak çift kavramalı spiral tel sunulmuştur.

 

1986 Senesinde devreye giren defter makinaları ile Türk Kırtasiye Sektörüne ilk olarak çift kavramalı spiralli defterler TAKSA markası ile sunulmuştur.Seneler içerisinde ürünlerimizden gerek teknoloji ve kalite, gerek malzeme (Polypropylene Kapak, kraft kapak) gibi birçok yenilikler uygulanmıştır. Ürünlerimiz başta Avrupa ülkeleri olmak üzere bir çok ülkeye ihraç edilmiştir.
