Umut Işığı Özel Eğitim Merkezi 2004 yılında Özel Eğitim Öğretmeni Candan DOĞAN OKAY ve Dr. Klinik Psikolog Zeynep DOĞAN tarafından 600 m2’lik bir alanda İstanbul'da M.E.B bağlı olarak açılan ilk kurumlardan biridir. Her yıl gelişen ve büyüyen merkezimizde, sizlere daha iyi hizmet vermek ve Özel Eğitimde kaliteyi arttırmak amacıyla 2014 yılında özel eğitim kurumları yeni standartlar yönergesine uygun olarak 1300 m2’lik yeni binasına taşınmıştır.
