1964 yılında kurulan Özel Yıldız Koleji, Türkiye’nin en eski ve köklü öğretim kurumları arasında yer almaktadır. Kurumumuz, Anasınıfı, İlköğretim Okulu ve Lise düzeyinde eğitim vermektedir.

Kuruluşundan bu yana, Atatürk ilkeleri doğrultusunda, çağdaş eğitim felsefesi ile topluma, yurduna, ailesine ve kendine yararlı bireyler kazandırmayı hedefleyen Özel Yıldız Koleji’nin ilkeleri, 5 köşeli yıldız biçimindeki amblemiyle sembolize edilmektedir:
