The Neve Shalom synagogue or oasis means the Oasis of Peace or the Valley of Peace. The church is located in the Beyoglu district in the European section of Istanbul. Founded by the Jewish religious leader Marcel Franko, where the gymnastic hall in the first Jewish Karma school was transformed into Yeyya. It was opened on Rosh Hashana or the Jewish New Year's Day on September 26, 1938. But with the lack of a legal license, the local Istanbul administration decided to re-establish its old status.

With the advent of 1949 and obtaining official approvals, the project began. The design was chosen by newly graduated architects from the Istanbul Technological University, Elio Ventura and Bernard Motola, and the opening of the Aliyatah for worship on 25 March 1951.

The lid covers the dome, where the dome calculations were made by the famous architect Baden, and the dome was poured by craftsman Karpis. The window frames were painted and decorated in the Academy of Fine Arts, while glass windows were imported from England. And the plata is from the marble Onyx.

Yiyya Niv Shalom was subjected to several terrorist attacks on September 6, 1986 and November 15, 2003. It was reconstructed and reopened after the baptism.
