The death toll from the Coronavirus virus worldwide rose Thursday evening, to exceed the million mark, an increase of 500,000 people within a week.
This came according to the figures of the "Worldwide Meters" platform, which is specialized in following up various statistics around the world.
The figures showed Corona's injuries worldwide rose to one million and 900 people, about an hour after the death toll exceeded the 50,000 mark.
According to this statistic, the death rate compared to the injured reached a limit of 5%.
Looking at the numbers of deaths and injuries a week ago, it now appears that their outcome has more than doubled, in just a week.
