Scholarship success

Is a short-term scholarship given for 9 months to students of all levels of undergraduate study (bachelor, master, doctorate) based on the success of the student who is studying at his own expense at a Turkish university. Students who have studied for at least two semesters, other than language and university preparation, can meet the required rate for the last year to apply. Registration is open to students from all over the world.

Can I apply for more than one scholarship?

Each scholarship includes specific disciplines and includes specific nationalities. The student has to select the specialization and then choose the scholarship he wishes and whether it includes his specialization or not, the student can not choose more than the scholarship.

What are the evaluation stages of the Turkish scholarship and when are the results expected?

There are several stages passed by the student to know the results of acceptance of the scholarship either negatively or positively.

Initial Evaluation Phase

Ranging from 2 - 4 months and through which to consider:

  • • Academic performance of the student based on the grades mentioned in the certificate and the general average until the last semester.

Second assessment phase

At this stage, the results of the evaluation will be sent negatively or positively to all the students applying for the scholarship. What is the personal interview and the content of that interview?

It is clear that opportunities will be limited. To increase your chances of choosing a Turkish scholarship, you should follow some simple rules and procedures regarding how to handle the interview.

The Turkish scholarship will be interviewed as follows:

Welcome and introduction

The committee presents itself and explains the course of the interview, so you will be asked to identify yourself

While you identify yourself, a member of the committee will review the documents you have uploaded during registration

Motives to run

The candidate will be asked to explain the motives of his choice to study abroad, specifically Turkey, and any other motives and plans for the future

Academic knowledge and professional goals

This stage will be about evaluating academic knowledge and your future plans. Therefore, the committee may ask you about the section you studied, study or both, as well as your future professional plans for that knowledge.

Follow up and direct inquiries to the Committee

As you proceed to the interview, the committee will give you information on how, when and where you will get the result. You will be able to ask questions.

Does the scholarship provide me with a monthly salary?

The scholarship provides a monthly amount for student subsistence as follows:

Bachelor: 550 TL

Masters: 800 TL

PHD: 1100 Turkish Lira

Research: 2000 TL

How can I choose which university to attend?

You can choose any university you wish to join from 110 participating universities in the Turkish Scholarship and write them in your own wishes. The scholarship department will choose the right one for you and in some cases select a university you have not mentioned in your wishes.

How much do you accept?

No one knows the rates of admission to the scholarship. This is up to the committee responsible for the scholarship and its standards

If you are in the final grade of your course, you can register with the previous grade certificate provided that the final grade certificate is issued before July 1.
