About Us
The Sani Konukoğlu Foundation was established in 1989 by SANKO Holding and the Konukoğlu family.
In accordance with the Foundation Agreement, the Sani Konukoğlu Foundation has been increasing its services in education and health, and was awarded tax exempt status by Cabinet Decree No. 95/7663 dated on 20.12.1995.
The foundation was established by members of the Konukoğlu family and some companies in SANKO Holding, and a large portion of its income is donated by the founding members and SANKO Holding’s companies.
In 1997, the Sani Konukoğlu Foundation was voted “FOUNDATION OF THE YEAR” among 4500 foundations operating in education and health throughout Turkey.
