It was ordered by Sultan Mahmud III in 1732. It is located on the triangular plaza located at the intersection of Njati Bek and Topk Square, in the Bioglu area in the Tuba cena district. It was built by the architect Mahmoud Agha and the historical writing systems that the poet Nahifi built and which shows a structural integration with the mosque of Qilij Ali Pasha.
The most important feature of the top-notch of buildings adjacent to it is the pattern of classical inscriptions. It is one of the rare square-shaped buildings that have a wide-baroque style and classical style. Which made it a valuable architectural impact. As well as the natural forms that are formed from the flowering groups occupied within the vases, which include lines unique to the natural components.
In 2006 it was repaired and added to the people of Istanbul by Saka Soo, one of the most famous brands of Sabanji Group. The road was reopened and water was restored at a large ceremony attended by Istanbul Mayor Kadir Top Bash and Kohler Sabenge.
