The market is characterized by the sale of fabrics, silk and handicrafts, local foods, popular foods, medicinal herbs, pastries, and Turkish beverages.
In this market local Turkish foods are spread like individual exhibitions of foods from different cities of Turkey such as Mardin, Diyarbakir and others. The market also contains unique herbs you may not have heard before, pastries made from these herbs, as well as all kinds of honey coming from all the cities of Anatolia.
