This museum, which displays documents and objects belonging to the era of Ottoman organizations for the first time in 1952, was opened at Al Hamour Palace until it was moved to the Jader chamber or tents in Yildiz Park in 1969. When the cabin was given to the Automobile Racing Association in 1978, this historic collection was moved to the current building, built specifically in 1983 in the Kul Park, in the Sirkji and Amenunu districts of the Al Fateh district of the European section of Istanbul.
The museum also displays a lot of valuable materials for local and foreign visitors from the decree of the organizations which are considered the most important documents that painted the lines of the change of Ottoman policy towards the Western system to the images signed by the important state officials then to many paintings to the things Mustafa Rashid Pasha and Sadiq Mukhtar Beck and Diaa Pasha.
