It was founded in 2003 in the Bakrkoy region, specifically in Flora near Ataturk Airport in the European section of Istanbul. The panoramic view of the Sea of Marmara and the presence of a selection of world-famous brands as well as the presence of various salons and luxury halls, as well as high-tech cinemas, restaurants and cafes made it a magnet for tourists.
