The Astinia Park Complex was opened on 19 October 2007. The idea of establishing it began in 1990 and some problems arose in it, which led to a halt in the work for a period of time and was delayed in its establishment because it was supposed to be one of the first large commercial complexes in the city of Istanbul.
The Istinia Park is one of the largest complexes in Istanbul with a total area of 270,000m2, of which only 87,000m2 are for trade shows exceeding 300m.
