How to protect yourself and others from infection with Corona virus?

Follow these good practices

  • Always wash your hands with running water and soap when dirty, and if there is no dirt on your hands, you can rub them with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, and wash them with soap and water to keep them clean.
  • Contact your nearest health care provider if you have a fever with a cough or difficulty breathing, and you have traveled to one of the affected countries.
  • Cover the nose and mouth with a disposable tissue when you cough or sneeze, and dispose of it after use.
  • If you do not find a tissue, you should cough or sneeze at the top of your sleeves or folded arm
  • Avoid close contact with people who have traveled to areas where the virus has spread, or who have cold or flu-like symptoms.
  • Avoid direct, unprotected contact with farm animals or wild animals and surfaces that animals come into contact with.
  • Avoid eating uncooked animal products, including raw meat and eggs, and avoid drinking uncoiled or unpasteurized milk.
  • Avoid eating dead animals from sick animals.
