Employment conditions in Turkey are subject to the Labor Law and the Trade Union Union Act. According to the Labor Law, there are many types of employment contracts, as follows:
Employment contracts for temporary or permanent work
Employment contracts for a limited period or for an indefinite period
Employment contracts for part-time or full-time employment
Employment contracts for calling work
Employment contracts for a test period
Employment contracts linked to a group contract
Employment contracts are exempted from stamp duty and any type of fees and entitlements. The Labor Code in Turkey also prohibits discrimination between employees on the basis of language, race, sex, political orientation, philosophical concepts, religion, or any similar criteria.
